I wanted to thank you very much for the Meditation Day. I found expanded insights and understanding for the current conditions in my Life as well as direction and guidance for the journey I am about to start. The meditations clearly built one upon the other and I feel I would not have gained as much in experience and awareness if I had sat in these meditations over time. The format was well planned and seemed to occur naturally according to the flow of the meditations themselves. The first three meditations seemed to deal with my state as it was in the present with clarity being given on how I had arrived at that point. After the lunch break – and a very enjoyable lunch it was too – I found the next two meditations very uplifting and power-full taking me gently and grace-fully to a vibratory state into the work and awareness of my future – it was as if I was experiencing personal ascension energy. Resting with sacred geometry forms seemed to ground the energy deeper within and then closing with the original “all forms” meditation felt like a natural summation of all that had occurred over the day.
